Questions
These are the questions people ask before they decide.
What is the best Fyxer alternative?
For Gmail, Batmail: it is free on one inbox, $12 per inbox a month after that, runs rules you write in plain English, and gives you one morning brief. Fyxer Pro is $49 a person a month for one inbox.
Is there a free alternative to Fyxer?
Yes. Batmail Scout is free on one Gmail inbox and sorts it every night with your rules and AI labels. Fyxer's own free plan does not sort your inbox or draft replies. Shortwave, Clean Email and MailMaestro also have free plans.
Why are people leaving Fyxer?
The most common reasons in public reviews are surprise charges, often from teammates added automatically through a shared email domain, and mail being filed where people could not find it. Fyxer also raised the price of drafting from $30 to $49 a month in September 2026.
