Questions

These are the questions people ask before they decide.

Is Fyxer any good?

Most reviewers think so: Fyxer is rated 4.0 from 744 reviews on Trustpilot, with 63% giving 5 stars. Users praise the time it saves and its drafts. The most common complaint, in half of the newest 1-star reviews, is charges they did not expect.

Why was I charged more than expected by Fyxer?

Fyxer's own help centre names its automatic teammate setting, which adds anyone on your email domain as a paid seat, as the most common cause of unexpected charges. Fyxer's trials also start on the Team plan, which costs more than Pro.

Is Fyxer safe?

Fyxer says it holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 and does not train AI on customer data. Batmail processes your mail only to run your rules, labels and roundup, and never uses it to train AI models.
