What Fyxer AI is
Fyxer AI works your inbox continuously as mail arrives. It sorts everything into a fixed set of its own categories (To do and To respond, FYI, To follow up, Notification, Marketing, with optional topic sublabels), writes draft replies in your voice for the mail that needs one and leaves them in your drafts folder, and sends a notetaker into your Google Meet, Teams and Zoom calls. It runs on Gmail and on cloud-hosted Outlook and Microsoft 365, it never sends mail on your behalf, and Professional adds scheduling, a chat over your inbox, and a HubSpot integration.
What Batmail is
Batmail does one job and reports back once. It reads what landed while you were away, runs rules you wrote as ordinary English sentences (any condition you can describe, not a fixed list), acts on them, and writes down the reason for each one, with one-click undo on the reversible actions (archive, star, spam and read state). In the morning you get one roundup of what actually needs you. It does not join meetings, and it does not leave drafts: where a rule says to reply, it sends.

Which is cheaper, Fyxer or Batmail?
It depends how many inboxes one person runs, because Fyxer charges per seat and Batmail charges per inbox. For one inbox Batmail is free against Fyxer's $30 per user per month. Batmail stays cheaper up to four inboxes ($48 against Fyxer Professional's $50). From five inboxes on one seat, Fyxer Professional is cheaper. Team pricing is per user on both sides.
Does Batmail draft replies like Fyxer does?
This is the sharpest difference between them, and it runs against us on caution. Fyxer only ever drafts: it writes the reply, leaves it in your drafts folder, and you press send. Batmail does not draft at all. If you write a reply rule, Batmail sends the message itself, from your mailbox, while you are asleep. That is more leverage and more risk, so reply rules are worth switching on last and testing first. Every other Batmail action, archiving, starring, labelling and the rest, touches only your own mailbox.
Does Batmail work with Outlook like Fyxer?
No. Batmail is Gmail-only today, including Google Workspace accounts. Fyxer supports Gmail plus Outlook and Microsoft 365, with its own list of which Outlook clients it works best in. If your mail is in Outlook, Fyxer is the one of the two that can read it.

Every Fyxer AI fact here was taken from their own published pages rather than from review sites, which in this category are frequently a year out of date. A second pass then tried to disprove each claim against the same primary sources, and anything that could not be confirmed was cut rather than softened. The Batmail column was checked against our own source code, which is why it concedes things a marketing page usually would not. We have not run a paid subscription to Fyxer AI end to end, so nothing here is a verdict on how it feels to use day to day, only on what it does and what it costs.
