Field notes
Things we can say first-hand
Not advice, and not a rewrite of what is already on the internet. Each note here knows something the rest of the web does not: a number we counted, a study we ran. Dated and sourced.
The bar
What a note has to know
Anyone can write a page about email. These exist only where we can add something that was not there before.
A number we counted
Taken from the product's own event stream on a stated date, published with that date, and refreshed monthly.
A study we ran
A question with a method: what we looked at, when, what we found, and every source, so the finding can be checked or repeated.
The product these notes are about
Batmail reads what lands in your Gmail overnight, runs the rules you wrote in plain English, writes down why it did each thing, and briefs you at dawn. Scout is free on one inbox, no card required.
