# Batmail

> Batmail is the AI email assistant that finally solves the cluttered inbox for busy professionals. It sits on top of Gmail, runs rules you write in plain English, clears the clutter with logged reasons, and sends one morning roundup with the emails that actually need you.

Batmail sits on top of Gmail. Overnight it reads what arrived, runs the rules its owner wrote in plain English, applies labels with a written reason for each one, and delivers a single morning roundup of the mail that actually needs a person. Every action is logged with the reason behind it, and can be undone where Gmail allows it.

It never trains a model on anyone's mail, never sends mail as its owner without being asked, and requests the narrowest Google account access that lets it do the job.
